KENDANA, is a non-profit and self-regulating body that aims to govern and oversee the caregivers serving the Malaysian elderly population. Through strategic partnerships with leading educational and research institutions, the council is working to streamline caregiver training and certification, elevate professional standards, and transform the caregiving profession in the country.
MISSION
To transform the caregiving profession into a respected and professional career of the future by standardizing training, elevating education standards, and ensuring that caregivers are supported and rewarded commensurate with the demands of their roles.

We envision a future where professional and informal caregivers are fully supported, both emotionally and financially, and are seamlessly integrated into the broader health and social-care systems, ensuring the highest quality of care for all.
This association acts as a champion for caregivers, particularly those focused on elderly care to play a critical role in setting standards for the industry.

By enhancing the economic conditions of caregivers, KENDANA ensures the urgency to provide nutritious food for themselves and their families.
